my problum is-on filling st-3 return- column-a11.1 and a11.2-i have to seclect or not
and after wards column no-b2.9 and b2.11 what amount i have to fill

Dear Sir, i have a quirey regarding this. Plese suggest me.
we are service tax provider and pad the service tax. we have paid an amount to Advocates and security service charges.in this connection we have also calculated reverse charges of ST and remitted. the problem is how can we show the reverse chage service amount in ST, and where i have to select options in A10.1 or 2 or 3 or 4, et..
kindly suggest me

A11.2 selct 30/2012 ST sl.no.8
A12.1 NO
if you are receipient
B2.1 is NIL
B 2.7 column only related to RCM "fill with 75% taxable amount"

If u fill B 2.15 (advolerm rate),
leave it B 2.16 row
if your service attract specific rate of ST then B 2.16 should fill.

i think it is only for service provider not service recipents
i think in both case rent a cabe and manpower supply we should fill only
B-2.7
WHAT YOU THINK PLEASE REPLY-URGENTLY

Dear Shailesh,
actually the abatement is for both SP & SR (as their wish) for Rent-a-Cab service.
B 2.7 is Gross amount, B 2.11 is how much abatement is taken and then net value will come under column B 2.14 (Net Taxable value).
will you explain how you fill under B 2.7 column.

an anothe ca is filling only b-2.7 which is for only rcm-
in whic he is filling only that amount on which service tax is payable under RCM
THATS WHY I CONFUSED WHICH OPTION IS CORRECT
