Please see on the top (right) on your screen after logging in......Click the RET option and there 'fill ST3" option is available.....

Hi But we got login and pasword from ST department.

After loging in - there is no link for RET (which is upper right corner)

There is only link to  REG  for Form ST1. So please tell me whether I should again fill the ST form.
