I have a query on Service Tax, as applicable on Toll & Parking paid by us and entire amount claimed through bill from client, if yes, and not doing yet so what will do ?
Many people say's that Tax not applicable on Tax (Toll Tax), so how to explain to corporate client, any notification on this by Govt. Deptt.
there is no service tax on toll tax (refer negative list).. if commission is charged on toll then service tax is levied on such commission
