We are manufacturing of Excisable goods, and we are paying duty.
My Question is?
1.We have taken a Maruthi Omini for Ambulance Purpose. Omini throuthout the month will standing at the factory itself, it is using for the caryy the patients to the hospital in case of emergency and other case hospitily cases.
for this is service tax appicabe or not pls confirm.
