ST Basic exemption limit

Is Basic threshold of Rs.10.00 lakhs for service tax is applicable for Import of Services and GTA services where service recipient is liable to pay tax. Please explain with provisions of Finance Act and Service Tax rules.

The exemption for these services is not available as these are not the output services of the assessee; merely the burden of paying taxes has been shifted on them.
