In ST-3 returns, 3 C1 "Has the assessee availed benefit of any exemption notification (Y/N)"
is it refers to assessee or the customer to whom we are providing the service ?

IN CASE OF GTA IT IS THE CONSINGNEE ( CUSTOMER) AND IN ALL OTHER CASE IT IS THE PROVIDER.
