St 3 returns

Hello Sir..,

Can Anybody clear my two queries on ST3 Return July'12 to Spet'12

1. We have exception under notification number 08/2005 - BAS, We have to mention that notification in ST3, but this notification is not available, is there any ammendment notification is available or any suggetion.??

2.In ST 3  where we have mention cenvat taken on 'Manpower recruitment Agency -75% ST paid ..??
