Hello Sir,

Please draw attention on my quiry,I want to know that is there any procedure to change Business Name under service tax after issued of ST-2 Form.Please clarify me.

Hi,
I need a guidance on an issue.
I have got the service Tax registration done already in my name. (Neeraj Tiwari).
Now, I want get "Business" in the name of my company (Proprietary) - "M/s Elixir Asset care".
How shall I go about it ?
ST is in my name, if I get business in name of "Elixir Asset care" then I would get payment also in the same name.
 
Please guide.
