Spliting of shares

A unlisted public company wants to split it's shares ..can anyone please tell the procedure of the same and filing of forms with mca?..kindly provide suggestions it's urgent

It requires alteration of MoA (Capital Clause - Face Value) and may require Alteration of AoA(if AoA states FV of the Shares) 

Call for BM approve Notice for EGM 

Convene an EGM place the proposals before members obtain Ordinary / Special Resolution as the case may be 

File MGT 14 with RoC  

Call for BM Again issue the revised share certificate (FV after split) 

In financials the number of shares will increase however the paid up capital will not undergo any change.
