The company data is from 01-04-2008 to 15-08-13. I want to create the company with data upto 31-03-13 only. How to achieve this in TallyERP 9?

From gate way of tally Alt F3 split company data for the period 1.4.2012 to 31.03.2013
important that before split take back up entire data
