INC 8, INC 9, INC 10 AND DIR 2 ARE REQUIRED.
INC 9 IS THE FORMAT OF AFFIDAVIT AND DECLARATION.
PAN AND TAN IS MANDATORY REQUIRED FOR INCORPORATION VIA SPICE
IF DIRECTOR DOES NOT HAVE VALID DIN THEN ID PROOF AND ADDRESS PROOF IS MANDATORY REQUIRED
EMOA 33 AND E AOA 34 IS MANDATORY REQUIRED TO BE ATTACHED IF THE COMPANY IS HAVING UPTO 7 SUBSCRIBERS
DIR 2 NEEDS TO BE ATTACHED BY DIRECTOR WHILE GIVING HIS CONSENT
AFFIDAVIT SHALL BE ATTACHED BY FIRST DIRECTOR ANDD SUBSCRIBERS ON STAMP PAPER OF APPROPRIATE VALUE
DECLARATION BY DIRECTOR OF NON ACCEPTANCE OF DEPOSITS
INC 10 IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE FILED.
UTILITY BILL OF NOT MORE THAN 2 MONTHS OLD
VALID LEASE DEED OR CONVEYANCE DEED FOR REGISTERED ADDRESS PROOF
inc-10 and inc-8 is not required to attach with form SPICe (inc-32) & all other documents are mandatory except inc-8 & 10.
Vandana ji, in new form spice (inc-32) there is no requirement of inc-8 (professional) & inc-10 (signature with photo).
There is a section in INC 32 wherein the professional declares that the declaration as per sec 7(1)(b) is attached...this declaration is INC 8 itself...

Inc- 8 is no more required.
Professional Certification is incorporated in the inc 32 itself just like DIR-4 is not required for DIR-3
