Spelling mistake in name for itr-1 fy 2016-17 and ay 2017-18

I filled the ITR-1 for my self and my name is "Akhilesh Jha" for FY 2016-17 and AY 2017-18 in June,2017.

There was some mismatch in 26 AS so i filled a revised return in September, 2017. Revised return is submitted sucessfully, accepted, processed and refund is issed also. So no problem.

Now, i am filling ITR for FY 2017-18 & AY 2018-19, i checked my old revised ITR and found that in revised ITR my name is typed as "Akhiles" instead of "Akhilesh".

Now, what option do i have so that i don't face any problem in future for Income tax department?

And also, if i am applying for any loan from any bank with wrong name ITR.
