Dear Sir / Madam,
I wish to know how to show speculation loss from shares intra-day trading activity in ITR form in WINMAN software.
Mr. A has professional income of Rs. 7 lakhs and expenses Rs. 2.10 lakhs therefore net income Rs. 4.90 lakhs. Net speculation sale Rs. 100000/- Net speculation purchase 100320/- thereby net resulting speculation loss from shares is Rs. 320/-
So please guide me how to show these figures in WINMAN software. If I put income from speculation business as Rs. -320/- and after filling up other data it shows you are liable for tax audit. Is tax audit applicable in case of Shares speculation business loss??
Please guide me.
