The SEZ provision cant be ommited from the Customs as it is governing body for day to day operastion of SEZ Regds Ramesh Kothari

YES.. As per Section 99 of the Finance Act, 2007 Chapter XA has been omitted from the Customs Act, 1962. Now the SEZ Act, 2005 is the law governing SEZs.

Yes dear, there are no provisions relating to SEZ in customs ACt or even in FTP. Now SEZ Act is the comprehensive legislation on all SEZ matters
