heyy i just wantd to enquire tht in my first attempt i gave only one ppr nd gt 61 in it...cudnt give d rest due to sum personal tragedy...the second time i cleared both d groups...will d tym wen i first gave only one ppr called an atttempt as i dint sit fr all d pprs..wat r d consequences?

IF SOX act is deleted, the institute might have given a notification just like it did for Financial Reporting and Adnvanced management Accounting. 

Secondly ive downloaded a copy of Study materail from the ICAI knowledge portal and cheked out that SOX ACT is INCLUDED in the STUDY MATERIAL.

this evidences that

            SOX ACT IS NOT DELETED AT ALLL

no sox has not been deleted instead it has been given as annexture under any on of the chapter of january 11 edition. earlier a separate chapter was there.
