i have problem in chapter SELF BALANCING LEDGER
i mean there are one entry regarding transfer of balance such as
debit balance of debtor legder is transfer to creditor ledger, vice versa
can u please tell me how to deal wid this entries, any short cut formula or sumthing else?????

Vuelve has explained it well.
if positive balance tranfer( i.e debit balance for debtor ledger and credit balance for creditor ledger) from debtor ledger to creditor ledger and vice versa then both ledger should be decreased by transfer amount.
if negative then both ledger should be increased by the transfer amount.
