Sorry: I tried my best - Final Law Notes

Hi All,

Please find enclosed herewith my hand written notes for CA CS Final – Directors chapter. However the notes are incomplete…and feel sorry for that. I tried my best to finish it off. However blue print was ready…I mean ruff notes containing many situations to explain the interpretation of section. But couldn’t finalise them and reduced them to writing.

I knew this could have been a wonderful file but somewhere I lost interest in this dream project of mine….don’t know why? But today I surrender…
