my client is a franchisee of a big diagnostic centre. he is already registered under business auxiliary services for other services. he is charging n paying the service tax on business auxiliary services. my question is whether he is chargeable being the franchisee also, if yes under which category, do we require to intimate to deptt about the new services for registration. pls reply me..
Yes he should take registration for the franchise service....
