a Pvt limited company entered an agreement with a municipality to provide collection and disposal of solid waste from the area of municipality from every house and shop located within the limit . but the company gets consideration from each house owner and shop owners .the municipality gives the permission to company to do so.
my question is ,the collection of money from public is taxable under gst ?
