what is the procedure if business having turnover more than 5 crores wanted to shift from sole properiotor to partnership....which is better sole properiotor or partnership..what are tax benefits

In my opinion proprietorship is better.
In partnership you have to pay tax @ 30% while in proprietorship you have to pay aa per Slab rate
