Sole prop regn in gurgaon

i regsitered for a Sole Prop at https://hrylabour.gov.in/ paid, submitted form b & F. now when i search using my Ap No. i see the correct details under the list of establishments. however i am unable to access the registration certificate reqiured most importantly coz upon logi attempts it says wrong password (though im certain that i am using the right pwwd). there is no forgot password option on the site & they reccommend that you send an email.on sending the mail there is no response. 

any reccommendations on how could i resolve this situation & get my certficate to progress my business.
