Sold on Civil Construction Flat

Dear sir /Madam,

We are a Private Limited company and we are the owner of the land. In that land we have constructed the residential building and we have received completion certificate also. Now our query is we want to clarify whether GST is applicable after receipt of completion certificate.

No GST applicable on sale of the flats after obtaining completion certificate.

Dhirajlal is correct , But flat sold after completion certificate reced, the developer has to reverse the ITC in propotion to construction cost to that flat.
sir, please clarify in one above scenario stamp duty is payable only for the land or payable for the land & building. In Tamilnadu we use to make Sale deed for UDS where we paying 7% stamp duty & 4% Registration charges and a separate Construction Agreement where we pay 1% Stamp Duty & 1% Registration charges

As on date it is complete building........... so stamp duty will be payable over flats (completed) with UDS.
