Software for cost accounting

I never use such a software. i just take help via qucik book priemer 2008.

Could some one suggest me books about cost accounting?? Please :)

I dont think so ..  now all the ERPs are having its own Cost Accounting system..  Most of the companies are doing seperate  memoranda costing reports.

Actually Financial Accounting is same for all enterprises but costing system is based on industry to industry as process of manufacture... type of cot system (process,job etc) are always different....

So these systems are best if tailor made...

And regarding books u can buy Cost Accounting Standards and Guidance Notes for preparing Cost records by ICAI(Cost)
