Soft Copy of Annual Report to Stock Exchange

This is to inform to all concerns that pursuant to the decision to discontinue the EDIFAR site, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has vide its circular no. Cir/CFD/DCR/5/2010 dated 07^th May, 2010 directed all the Stock Exchanges, to ensure that Annual Reports of listed companies are available / easily accessible to investors.

In view of the said circular, it is now become mandatory for all the Listed Companies to provide a Soft Copy of Annual Reports for the financial year 2009-10 onwards to the Stock Exchanges for its dissemination on the Exchanges website.

Accordingly, while submitting six copies of the Annual Report to the Stock Exchange under Clause 31 of the Listing Agreement, Companies are also required to submit a Soft copy of the Annual Report from the financial year 2009-10 onwards.
