please can any one tell me wheatehr sodex pass given by employer is taxable in the hads of employeees

what the proced for that pass

Sodexho meal vouchers are not taxable in hands of employees.

sodexo passed are not taxable in the hands of employee but employer will have to pay FBT on such amount.

Sodexo pass if it contains non trasferable clause inside of it then it is free of FBT also

Sodexho meal passes are not taxable and also do not attact FBT. However other Sodexho gift vouchers attracts FBT The value of meal passes should be reasonable say Rs 50-70 per day so that it becomes easy to explain tax authorities at the time of asssessment.

It will NOT attract FBT as they are non transferable paid vouchers usable at eating joints.
