I Recieved the Sms stating that
Attention following Pan nom has been flaagged for not filling ITR.please submit compliance..


My Account is NRE

what should i do???

Check reasons in compliance menu and submit response..It might for earlier years..

Check Out any TDS deduction or Cash deposit into Your PAN...

If no more transactions by You then no problem for that msg...

Now also need not apply for ITR if there was no taxable income in India.

You may just submit the compliance

I think dept (your employer) deduct TDS on Your salary...

Better to check out details through Your office...

Sir there is no TDS on my salary as salary is in foreign currency.....pls advise should i wait for the mail because the sma can be fake .

You must file ITR though you didn't or don't get notice from Income tax if there was/is taxable income in India exceeding 2,50,000/-..

Login to your PAN/Register your PAN and check in the compliance section there will be clear reason for raising compliance/sending SMS.

If the message is for FY and my NRI status is completed
so still should i file ITR

If there was taxable income in India ,you must file ITR.

First check the reasons for compliance.You can get it online ...
