I think those who fails for PCC and realise the mistake were not have a burning desire to become CA. It is the main reason they are fails . But after losing the opportunity they may learn the lesson  and the colleagues along with them were passing out and become mentaly upset. Lose confidence, blame ICAI too for maipulation of results Too...
