I have 3-4 sales invoice of outward supply to unregistered person i want to to file nil how it is possible or i should mandatory upload invoice? Please help me regarding thankyou.

If you are registered under GST and charging GST to unregistered person , then you have to show as B2C supply in GST return .

Yes you can file but Late fees , Interest etc applicable .
