Small company under companies act 2013
What are the consequences if a company which falls under the category of small company under sec 2(85) does not the meet the criteria in the subsequent year of registration or any other year? And what if it meets the criteria after a break?

In case of default in filing of Foms with MCA, that can be made good by paying additional fees.
