SMALL COMPANIES DEFINITION

If paid up Share Capital of a Private limited Company (not being a subsidiary for a public limited company) is less than 50 Lakhs but Reserve and Surplus is more than 1 Crores then please tell me whether:

1. Its comes under the definition of a small company?

2. Whether CARO, 2016 for FY 2019-20 is applicable as Paid up Share Capital + Reserve and Surplus is more than 1 Crore (Note CARO, 2016 is not applicable to small companies)

3. Whether Cash Flow Statement is required to be prepared for the said Company by the management? (Note Cash Flow Statement is not applicable to small companies)

Request anyone to solve this query with applicable provisions if any

Thanks in Advance
