In Simple terms Policy is something that you decribe something in advance and it is a general respose to a given situation.. For eg.. It is business policy to give cash discounts to customers, it a Business Policy of charging different prices frm different customers.. ]
A strategy somethig like a plan.. Example You Launch a High tech product at low price to outperform your competition..
