When Sitting fees should be paid to director? ( before meeting or immediately aftr)
Can Sitting fees be paid on a monthly or quarterly basis?
Company: A Public Sector Undertaking (PSU)

Sitting fees is paid to director after the meeting but there is no such time limit prescribed for this in acts.

You can pay anytime. As rightly said by Aditya, there is no time limit for payment of sitting fees to the directors.
