sister contion

Hi,

I think it is sister concern.  An entity is said to be sistern concern of one entity where management of both the entities are same.

if father transfer any assets to his son business for consideration it is sister contion transtion or not

The nomenclature Sister concern is used informally.  As per my understanding, it is not referred/defined in any law.
