Sir, tcs is refundable which is deducted in car?
Sir which option is to be selected in rectification for TCS refund. TCS is shown in my 26AS and ITR filed by me. But Income tax department has left it out. Thanks in advance
You can file rectification for 'Tax Credit Mismatch'
CAN TCS CLAIMED BY SALARIED PERSON? CAN HE CLAIM REFUND?
Yes, provided TCS was collected by any collector, and issued form 16A for the tax collected.
