you have to complete the SIP training wether or not you have completed the OT of the CA Cource.

You can confirm it from the Regional Chapter of ICSI

Student Induction Programme is compulsory those you have joined after August 2009 to the CS course.

It should be done before completion of 6months from the date of registration to the CS.

There is no exempt for OT in CA.
