We have 5 state Gstin. But one Tan of H.O. is it enough to cover the tds on all different state gst.

Yes, one TAN is enough for pan-India branches.
For TDS deduction under income tax act, one TAN is enough for all 5 states. If you wish you can apply for TAN for each branch offices.
