hello friends .
i came across a question in which the balance sheet shows rent outstanding on the liabilities side and rent advance on the assets side . how can there be rent o/s(liability) and rent advance (asset) in the same balance sheet??.
please clarify . thank you
you may have multimple rent properties, and prepaid for one and outstanding on 2nd one...
