Is there any provision for issueance of C Form should be in a single form only, I mean one can not issue more then one C Form pertains to single quarter.??? If yes, then please help me to get the provision for the same in the ACT.
Secondly, if Ship to party and Sold to party are of different state, then also a separate C Form required??
One C form would issue for one quarter. If supply morethan one state then for each state C form is required.

As Per the Cst Act the Form C must be given for quarterly. Now days most of the state ammended Online Cst forms, hence you can avail Monthly One Form C also. I.e ( complete - Quarterly) - ( Partial - Month or two months).
It depends on state wise.

In case the buyer is having its Head office in one state ( WB) and its Plants at Bihar . They have bought the goods as sold to address ( Bihar ) and Ship to address as Bihar .
In such cases C form to be issued by him from the state of Bihar or from WB.
Since the material has moved to Bihar , i think the C form should be issued from Bihar . Please confirm. Also suggest is these types of transaction are as per law .
Goods Movement should be interstate to qualify for Form-C
The Buyer should give the Form-C, Delivery can be to his required destination as per the contract.
As per CST Act its not compulsory we have to issue on Quaterly basis, its said may be issued Quaterly. As the other friend told now after online generation of Form-C started getting Monthly or Quaterly as per the State Software. U can avail to 2 Form-C for the transaction made a single month or quater the sale should be covered by declaration to avail the benefit that's all.
In case of year end transaction you should have to seperate Form-C one for Current year and one for last year transactions.
