Pl advice us can managing Director/ Director of another company sign the docs of LLP where common interest is not eastablish between both the companies.

ANY DOCS LIKE PAYMENT ADVICE, ANY AGREEMENT, ON BEHALF OF LLP.
No only authorized partners of firm or LLP should sign the documents not by the MD or director of another company.
