Only the Firm thru its partners appointed as Statutory Auditor can sign the statutory audit.

only statutory auditor appointed by the company and whose appointment details is given to ROC.only they can sign the balance sheet otherwise both company and auditor will be a defaulter
hello ji
what is a c form
As per Sec.141(2) of Co. Act,2
sec. 141(2) of co's Act,2013, "Signing Authority" any Chartered Accountant of the firm who is practicing in india can sign on behalf of his Firm.

No, other member can not sign the Balance sheet on behalf of Audit Firm as it will amount to Professional Misconduct Under Clause -12, part-1, Sechedule-1 of Chartered Accountants Act, 1949

under section 142 of companies act any CA in practice can sign the balance sheet of company on behalf of HIS firm.. also CA act holds members guilty of professional misconduct if a CA signs financial statements of a company which have not been audited by a firm in which he is a partner..hence a CA cannot sign in financial statements of a company which have not been audited by him
