There are some books which have no comparision, if you say I need knowledge

1.  Finacial Acct & Corportae Acct  by Hanief & Mukherjee ( TATA Mc GRAW HILL)

2.  Direct  Tax by Dr. Vinod Singhania ( TAXMANN) (Students Guide to Income tax for  IPCC & Direct Taxes   for Final of CA, CS, COSTING)

If just to pass the exam for Tax you may go for TN Manoharan, it is so simple book.

HI in my opinion u  should go for Girish Ahuja to understand the concepts easily & u can completely rely on this book for exams.

Girish Ahuja Sir is d best for Taxation...
Systematic Approach to Income Tax, Service Tax & Vat is the best book for IPCC & CS-INTER....

singhaniya is best..i got 74 in tax by it

for direct tax which book should i prefer? i want with good examples n clear words which can be easily understandable pls give me any suggestion..waiting for fast reply
