Hi All,
Recently i have come across a simplified book on new companies act 2013 for students. This book has 103 pages covering all the 98 notified sections which are applicable for November 2014 exams of CA IPCC and CA Final.
However, this book may be beneficial for students of other professional courses as well. As there is no other book on new law for students in such a simplified language, I have purchased this book.
Since, its the first edition of this book, it is priced at Rs. 30 only for students.
