Signing of form no. 108

Hello,

I am a student of CA final...Recently, I SIgned my form no. 108 with my principal, but since I am working with differnt CA under Secondment basis, I am not sure whether i should take sign of my seconded princiapl or only of original principal is enough..?? Is there any one who too are doing secondment & have finished their article..Those can help me better..I think MIT mentioned in form 108  refers to the seconded principal??please solve my query ASAP.
