Signature on PDF Invoice Format

Dear Sushant,

If you are scanning the invoice and then sending it to client then it should be signed. But if you are sending the soft copy of the invoice converted into PDF then it is ok. As these days companies are sending the soft copies of invoices to there clients to save time.

Should we write

"This is a computer generated Invoice and doesnt required signature " ?

It does not matter .
 wheather you write or not.
