The details of subscribers and witness are to be filled up manually by the concerned subscriber / witness in his / her own handwriting.
DETAILS OF THE SUBSCRIBER AND WITNESSES NEEDS TO BE FILLED MANUALLY AND CAN NOT BE COMPUTERISED...OTHERS VIEW AWAITED
Department will not accept the Computerized form for Annexure to List of Subscribers, they will issue a query in Form 1 filing & will not process the same till you rectify it.
In case the promoters are not able write in english then you may get the help of some other person to write the same & in some case affidavit to this effect also required to be submitted.
Sometimes in case where the promoter is illiterate & not able to write then the attestation by Notary Public for the Thumb impression is also required in Annexure to List of Subscribers.
