Can Chartered Accountant be Tax Auditor of Proprietory Firm of its Dad business? or of its Uncle Proprietory Firm?. Can someone guide with relevant section or governing law for It?

yes he can be. there's no such bar in case of proprietary concerns unlike which is prohibited under the companies act

no nothing is unethical in this as far as the proprietary concern is not in anyway related to any company in which case the tax auditor needs to be cautious while conducting the audit of the proprietary concern
