Is it compulsory to sign both Audit Report and Directore report on the same date.
The date of incorp of the company is 24th september, 2013 (newly Formed Company).

No it is not. Auditors sign their report first and send it to the company.
The directors then while preparing the Directors Report are requried to incorporate in their reprot all the findings made by the Co's Auditor in his report and provide explanations to all the qualifications made by the auditors. After that the Director's sign their Report.
