Sign on form 108

no, only principal can sign? what is the reason of not signing the form.

but principal behave worst with article and not ready to give sign...then what remedy do the article have??

can article take any other CA's sign as cerification of completion of articleship????

No, the worst behaviour shown by the CA is common in this Articlseship world. Only the principal can sign the Form 108. The remedy is to convince him and ICAI is not gonna help in this matter.

The worst behaviour can be of some reasons like hi snatural habit of irrogant, Articles not doing work properly and taking more leaves and not helping the CA in his work.

Hey Pooja, This is really one of the biggest problems we articles face but I guess we are really helpless in this regard.

 Try to convince him saying you will continue office even after he signs your form and once you receive the confirmation letter you may leave the office and he can't do anything then. 

By the way, why exactly he is not signing your form? Is it the case of excess leaves or it's his dictatorship?
