Dear sir,
one of my client was received show cause notice in dec 12 2019 and he had not give any rply to that notice
at current his gst returns are pending he has comes to me yestarday, so what can i do for that show cause notice which he had not given any rply??

You are herby directed to furnish a rply to the notice within seven working day that is 23 dec 2019
if u fail to furnish a rply within the stipulated tineor fail to personal hhearing on the appointed date and time the case will be decided ex parte on the basis of available records and in merits

If registration get cancelled then file all pending return and then file revocation application.. gst get activate...
