Should i skip nov 16 ipc exam or try attempt?
i m not having good prep so. should i skip for may if i appear this no any benefits ?

just give it a try and prepare best that you can. it will an experience and surely helpful.

Give a try in all papers focusing on pass in one group or exemption in certain papers. Tax laws papers will be new in case of every may attempts. So, give a try.
